Podcast preview, July 8th council meeting

As you’ll hear, my plan for in-between issues of the paper is to work on the podcast and produce segments after meetings, so I can more reliably do a weekly, scripted show. Some of the stuff in here is likely to be cut in the weekly show ‘cause this one is already at 25 minutes with a meeting to go, so I figured I’ll start dropping the segments in here …
