The Halifax Tides made waves last Monday as they announced former Wanderers and Canadian Men’s National Team gaffer Stephen Hart as interim head coach.
The move saw inaugural skipper Lewis Page shuffled aside after only eight matches, which is also historic as it marks the first coaching change in Northern Super League (NSL) history.
A few weeks ago, when asked about her thoughts on the season, Tides co-founder and CEO Dr. Courtney Sherlock highlighted the need for the squad to be more competitive in matches as some — like the home opener — saw the club out of contention.
